The art and science of psychotherapy is practiced through many lenses. I provide relationally and insight oriented psychotherapy; am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and am trained in Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Psychotherapy services for adolescents and adults, individuals, couples and families. To include clients seeking help for problems related to culture, race & immigration, who identify as Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transgender/Queer, are individuals with disabilities, or who are service members, veterans & their families.

Clinical supervision for students pursuing MSWs, are postmaster or are training for clinical licensure, are in advanced training programs, or who practice in other mental health professions.
